Health and Healing

Designate a couple of times during the day to practice mindfulness.  Set the alarm on your phone with a lovely, inviting tone.  Try once or twice a day.  Whether you are a pro or a beginner at finding yourself in each moment, dig in and dig deeper. Where are you?  How are you feeling physically?  Emotionally?  You are the master of yourself.  The professional.  The expert.  Continue to get to know yourself, gently adding new, healthy skills and practices.  Monitor the changes.  You are your leader.
